How Can diarrhoea Along With Gastritis Be Treated?

High I am worried I ve had oily diarrhea for 4 days now as well as passing gas frequently, with a little pain here and there but I found some blood in my stool. Along with a thick slimy mucus like substance the blood found was very little though almost unnoticeable. I have however consumed a lot of fatty foods the past few days in a quick and unhealthy manor, also I ve consumed a lot of nuts from to many protein bars and vegan treats.

Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
Your symptoms are highly suggestive of steatorrhea.
That is passage of fats in stools.
This happens when fats are consumed in quantities that are too high for the body to absorb.
Or if fat reduction medicines are on (now rare).
I think correction of diet itself may help relieve you.
Take plenty of fluids.
Do a stool test to confirm the diagnosis- but do it if the diet is still maintained.
Best of luck, Dr Mittal
